Full Job Description

This person will design and deliver training programs to upskill sales teams, while ensuring continuous development through the creation and maintenance of relevant and scalable collateral, playbooks and resources that drive success. Key areas of ownership: strategic enablement programs, global program support, optimization of productivity tooling initiatives. The ideal candidate has a passion for learning and helping others. They must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and planning/program management skills. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrated capacity to balance speed and quality. You will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, have excellent analytical skills, and possess strong attention to detail, as well as thrive working within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Key job responsibilities - Own and execute sales enablement programs that align with business goals. - Develop, curate, and manage sales internal collateral, playbooks, and training resources that increase sales effectiveness in key areas. - Ensure sales reps have easy access to relevant content through a centralized repository; ensure resources are easily accessible, accurate, and up to date - Maintain a robust training pipeline by understanding patterns in knowledge gaps and providing thought leadership for proposed training plans and curriculum. - Develop assessments that measure learner outcomes and analyze enablement effectiveness using KPIs (e.g., ramp time, content engagement, quota attainment). - Project manage delivery of enablement to address above field needs by partnering with content strategy, content design, and content development.
