Must Have
8-10+ years hands-on maintenance experience, College degree or 8-10+ years experience, Overall knowledge of manufacturing, Leadership experience preferred, Ability to direct, motivate, and work effectively with others, Good understanding of schedule and product line, Ability to transfer knowledge to others, Advanced abilities to troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and operational issues, Comply with all safety, quality, productivity and housekeeping standards, Maintain consistent and acceptable attendance, Meet departmental goals and KPIs

What You'll Do.
Create robust PM program
Increase reliability of assets
Work on tasks/projects as assigned
Train other technicians on task completion
Reach 95% PM completion rates
productivity and housekeeping standards
Improve workforce reliability
quality and productivity
Extend life of facility infrastructure
Eliminate potential delays through planning and coordination
Serve as liaison between operations and maintenance
and coordinate maintenance work
Maintain records and files for analysis and reporting
Assist maintenance manager with outside vendor scheduling
Assist MRO with parts needed
Create all work orders
Drive reduction in unplanned maintenance
Utilize maintenance techs reports and time
Capture hours utilized vs clock hours
Coordinate PM dates with Scheduling and Production
Review and analyze MaintainX records
Increase PM effectiveness
Work with parts room attendant/purchaser
Ensure parts are kitted for PM's
Confirm entry of PM WO's for accuracy
plan and schedule MWO's for contractors
Assist Safety Manager with inspections
Track inspections via MaintainX system
Review referenced log documentation and PM check sheets
Train and communicate planned work across shifts
Verify necessary ISO and/or SQF documentation
Confirm PM maintenance work orders are completed timely
Maintain consistent and acceptable attendance
support and guide all Techs with MaintainX
good manufacturing practices
Assist in PM’s as needed
