High School Diploma or GED, Basic EMT certification in state of practice, Valid State Driver’s License, BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association, Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC), 1 year experience with incident-free driving
Nice to Have
Vocational/Technical Degree, 1-3 of experience
What You'll Do.
Provide care and transportation of emergency and non-emergency patients
Operate an ambulance in a safe and efficient manner
Keep current on all required certification and continuing education
Respond to calls and perform patient assessments
Provide basic airway management
Provide CPR and use of AED
Participate/attend required trainings

Maintain reports and records
Care for vehicle and equipment
Maintain confidentiality and actively support patient/family rights
Serve as a patient advocate
