**Job Title:** EMR Analyst **Department:** Clinical Applications **Location:** Hybrid (Onsite & Remote),**** Riedman Campus. 100 Kings Highway, Rochester, NY- 14610-0757 **Hours Per Week:** 40 **Schedule:** Full-Time, Day Shift, 8 am to 5 pm **Position Summary:** The primary responsibilities of an EMR Analyst include developing an in-depth knowledge of the software with primary focus in the application or area of his or her assigned support area. The analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting reported issues within the software and analyzing the root cause in order to determine resolution. The analyst is responsible for design, build, test, validation and support of the software on an ongoing basis. The analyst must work collaboratively with other application teams and operational owners. **Key Responsibilities:** * Effectively communicates to end users and leadership regarding build changes and project plans. * Assists end-users on proper use of the application. * Implements approved changes based on customer-designated priorities. * Effectively manages division of time between incidents, work orders, projects, RFCs and Epic application requirements (nova notes, reportable issues, etc.) * Manages assigned RFCs with minimal assistance and is able to follow defined processes and deadlines. * Able to execute unit and system test cases and document testing results. * Validates build or resolution of issue with end users prior to closing request. * Follows established guidelines for system change control. * Reviews and tests new build and releases prior to implementing in the production environment. * Transfers incidents to other teams after speaking with a member of the other team. * Attends meetings and shows up prepared and on time or declines meeting when cannot attend so meeting leader is notified. * Appropriately maintains voicemail & outlook calendar * Is available and approachable to peers for assistance. * Completes Project Dash accurately, timely and cons
