Identify organizations Monarch can partner with to provide volunteer and/or employment opportunities to individuals. Nurture and maintain strong relationships with those organizations. 3. Support individuals to think about long-term employment goals, work history, strengths, personal culture, justice involvement, and other factors relative to the individual’s current vocational goal.
