This is a limited-term position funded through a grant agreement until 6/30/27 and contingent upon funding extension. Christian faith is a prerequisite for employment, based upon United States federal guidelines provided in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Must maintain a valid driver’s license and meet MVR eligibility requirements. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with at least one year experience in an office environment. Mature and personal Christian faith. Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief. Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities. Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Association of Evangelicals' For the Health of The Nation document. Interpersonal, relational, and cross-cultural communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly with individuals of varying English proficiency levels and adapt coaching approaches. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with flexibility, organization, and attention to detail. Effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills. Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet MVR eligibility requirements.
Nice to Have
Bilingual or multilingual ability is strongly preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate across teams to ensure participant success.
