What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in a related field, Master's degree and up to 2 years’ experience in a related field, 6 years’ experience in a related field, Knowledge of U. S. federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory requirements, Demonstrated experience conducting data analysis, audits, and compliance reporting, Project management skills with the ability to use technology software to support projects and deadlines, Ability to manage priorities and projects effectively and efficiently, Ability to use sound judgement and handle confidential and sensitive employee information and follow strict data privacy standards, Analytical and critical thinking skills, Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency, Ability to perform effectively under competing and/or conflicting demands, Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications

What You'll Do.
Support leadership in development and execution of cyclical
Optimize processes and related efforts
Execute established project plans based on timelines
Proactively manage risks and dependencies
Escalate issues to leadership
Provide primary support and administration for employment and
Perform regular audits of contacts and locations for
Support annual updating of customized forms
Manage issuance of employee communication

Address noncompliance with Finance and HRBPs
Escalate matters of noncompliance to leadership
Serve as primary administration support for compliance and

Provide standard human resource answers related to policies
Escalate complex issues to appropriate leadership team

This role plays a key part in supporting the development and execution of Employment Practices programs, partnering with stakeholders to drive consistent, compliant, and effective practices. **Responsibilities:** * Supports leadership in the development and execution of cyclical Employment Practices programs, optimization of processes and related efforts. Including executing established project plans based on timelines for cyclical activities; proactively managing risks and dependencies and escalating issues to leadership. * Provides primary support and administration for the company’s employment and labor law posters at our physical locations and the Company’s intranet.
