What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or Scotland with approximately 5+ years PQE in employment law, Experience gained in private practice, in-house or a professional services/advisory environment, technical knowledge across a broad range of UK employment law matters including employee relations, acquisitions, restructures and litigation, Experience supporting workforce change projects, transactions or organisational transformation activity, Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at senior level, A pragmatic and commercial mindset with problem-solving capability, The ability to manage and prioritise multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, A collaborative and entrepreneurial approach with a genuine interest in building relationships and contributing to growth
