About the role We are seeking an experienced Employment Compliance Lead to lead the design and delivery of proactive employment compliance frameworks across the Group. Reporting to the Group IR & Compliance Manager, this role owns key compliance and governance projects that mitigate employment and industrial risk and strengthen consistency across policies, systems, and practices. You will lead employment compliance initiatives, translate legislative and award requirements into practical solutions, and drive uplift through scalable frameworks, tools, and guidance.
