About the role We are seeking an experienced Employment Compliance Lead to lead the design and delivery of proactive employment compliance frameworks across the Group. Reporting to the Group IR & Compliance Manager, this role owns key compliance and governance projects that mitigate employment and industrial risk and strengthen consistency across policies, systems, and practices.
