This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, responsible for shaping a compelling, differentiated narrative and bringing it to life through exceptional content and experiences. You will operate as the owner of the employer brand program, partnering across the company to ensure we consistently attract and engage top talent. This role is ideal for someone who is both a storyteller and a builder. Someone who knows how to create content that resonates, and how to align stakeholders to deliver it at scale.
