Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Develop and manage a global employer branding content calendar across all channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with the EVP and communication guidelines Monitor, respond to, and manage candidate and employee reviews across job boards and employer review platforms in a timely and structured manner Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Legal, and HR Operations teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency of employer brand messaging across regions Support the Head of Employer Brand in adapting global strategy into regional execution and localized tone of voice Coordinate updates to EVP messaging and ensure alignment across internal and external communication channels Drive employee advocacy initiatives globally to enhance engagement and amplify the employer brand Prepare, manage, and submit applications for employer branding and corporate reputation awards Conduct regular market research and competitor benchmarking to track positioning and identify improvement opportunities Requirements: 3+ years of experience managing employer branding or corporate presence across global platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and local job boards Strong experience in developing global content strategies and managing multi-channel content calendars Proven track record in preparing and submitting employer branding or corporate award applications Analytical mindset with the ability to run competitor audits and track performance metrics across multiple regions Experience in shaping and localizing EVP messaging for international audiences and diverse markets Solid understanding of HR frameworks, employer reputation management, and global communication standards Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency, both written and verbal Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills in cross-functional environments Benefits: 20 paid vacation days annually 10 paid sick leave days per year Public holidays in line with the company’s
