What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field with significant exposure to employee relations and case management, Demonstrated ability to deliver solution-focused HR/ER advice of varying complexity while maintaining strict compliance standards, Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP SuccessFactors, Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
What You'll Do.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of sensitive employee relations matters
Lead the end-to-end resolution of complex ER cases
including performance management

Support enterprise agreement bargaining processes and provide interpretation of existing agreements

Reporting to the HR Advisory Manager, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of sensitive employee relations matters, serving as the primary subject matter expert for leadership. We are looking for a seasoned practitioner who can provide the “how-to” when navigating intricate workplace challenges. You will ensure every outcome is pragmatically balanced, operationally sound and strictly compliant with the applicable Fair Work Act and other relevant legislation. This role demands a solutions-focused approach that effectively balances organisational risk with statutory obligations in a fast-paced advisory environment.
