Must Have
Minimum 3 years' experience in human resources, Benefit administration experience, Vendor management experience, HR advisory experience, Professional proficiency in Japanese
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Prior experience working in a centralised human resource or shared services function, Business fluency in English
What You'll Do.
Create seamless employee experiences for Benefit programs
Assist business to form/improve process and systems solutions
Serve as primary liaison between Benefit vendors
Interpret and apply understanding of Employee Benefits
and clarification for employees
report and analyse case trends
Manage or participate on special projects/programs
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
Monitor legislative and regulatory changes
Recommend policy updates
Support internal and external audits
Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point
Coach and guide managers on best practices
Drive continuous improvement of people advisory processes
