Engagement **Work Schedule:** Onsite – Salt Lake City, UT **We are looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join our Employee Engagement Center of Excellence team!** In this role, you will be referred to as an **Employee Engagement Specialist,** with responsibilities spanning both _employee relations_ and _employee engagement_. On the employee relations side, you will act as a trusted resource to employees and leaders by conducting investigations, coaching and advising managers and supervisors, supporting performance management efforts, interpreting policies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational standards. Complementing this work, you will play an active role in fostering a positive and engaging employee experience. This includes collaborating with members of the Employee Engagement team to plan, organize, facilitate, and support engagement initiatives, programs, and events designed to strengthen connection, morale, and overall employee satisfaction. You will have an on-site, 9/80 work schedule at our site in Salt Lake City, UT. **To be considered for the Employee Engagement Specialist role, here’s what you’ll typically need to bring with you:** * A bachelor’s degree * Over five (5) years of progressive experience in a similar professional role, working with employee relation matters such as workplace investigations, corrective actions, policy interpretation, and alike * Must live in the Salt Lake City area to work on-site * Able to travel as needed, at least once a quarter, for remote site support **As an Employee Engage
