What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of direct employee relations ownership experience, Experience supporting high-volume frontline employee populations, Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent employee matters, Proven ability to coach leaders through difficult employee situations, Judgment and comfort operating under ambiguity, Verbal and written communication skills, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Proficiency with operational tracking/reporting tools, Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools

Partner with Workforce Management
Support after-hours situations

Support HR systems audits
Assist with operational HR

Team & Collaboration
Build trusted relationships with business leaders; Act as connector between local needs and HR goals; Partner closely with Workforce Management; Partner with Talent Acquisition; Support HR Operations; Support Enablement; Support business leaders
