Eligibility Requirements

Ability to work 2nd Shift (12pm-9pm), Office setting, Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus, May encounter plant environment with wet or humid conditions, extreme heat or cold, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and chemicals

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Human Resources or a related field, 2+ years of relevant HR and/or law enforcement experience, Demonstrated understanding of the requirement to thoroughly document and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, Demonstrated ability to handle multiple, possibly conflicting priorities, communication and administrative skills, problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills, The ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organization, Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment, Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building working relationships and a positive work environment

Investigate employee relations concerns

Conduct thorough and objective investigations

Recommend resolutions

Maintain accurate and confidential investigation records

Partner with legal when necessary

Work closely with site leaders on policy administration

Recommend educational solutions

Track and resolve grievances

Analyze employee relations trends

Assist with best practices content
