Must Have
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Law, or related field, 8-10 years' experience in Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering/Generalist roles, Deep expertise in employment law, Complex investigations experience, Disciplinary processes experience, Terminations experience, Workforce reduction projects experience, High-risk employee relations matters experience, Partnering with senior leaders experience, Balancing legal risk, employee experience, and organizational culture experience

What You'll Do.
Act as subject matter expert on compliance and
Provide advice to managers and employees
Coach managers in managing employees with poor performance
Counsel managers in handling misconduct cases
Guide managers in handling misconduct cases
Support managers in execution of disciplinary actions
Support managers in tracking of disciplinary actions
Ensure right steps are taken for terminations
Ensure right documentation is used for terminations
Minimize risk of labor claims
Conduct impartial investigations into grievances
Serve as dedicated Employee Relations partner
Identify trends and insights
Inform procedural improvements
Manage employee relations case timelines
Manage employee relations case deliverables
Ensure timely stakeholder updates
Ensure high-quality documentation
Analyze performance management data
Analyze past misconduct cases
Develop recommendations for capability building
Develop recommendations for policy revisions
Develop recommendations for training enhancements
Develop recommendations for manager practices
Act as HR Business Partner to dedicated Department
Share actionable insights and trends
