This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Support associates and project teams in alignment with Holder’s Vision. Partner with leadership, Human Resources, and legal to support ethical, compliant, and positive employee relations outcomes. Assist with employee relations responses, including internal investigation planning, interviews, documentation, and outcome summaries. Research and apply applicable employment laws and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy standards. Identify, track, analyze, and report on employee relations trends and insights. Prepare and manage employee relations and separation communications and documentation. Provide timely, high-quality service and communication to support associates. Collect, organize, and maintain separation files for physical storage. Review and respond to Unemployment Insurance claims. Track and monitor required training through the company Learning Management System. Conduct, review, and complete employee exit interviews.
