Consult with HR Practitioners
Ensure policy compliance
Keep up with legal trends
Ensure policy adherence
Conduct investigations
Partner with Practice Leadership
Partner with Regional HR Directors
Ensure ER actions are appropriate
Ensure ER actions are fair
Ensure ER actions are consistent
Assign investigations
Conduct investigations
Conduct Termination Review process
Identify performance issues
