2+ years Human Resources experience, 3+ years employee relations experience (Senior Associate), 3+ years investigations experience (Senior Associate)
Nice to Have

Ensure employee rights understanding
Ensure CEO responsibilities understanding
Ensure compliance with ADA
Ensure compliance with local disability rights
Resolve workplace concerns
Support policy compliance
Support legal compliance
Maintain confidentiality
Lead employee relations process (Senior Associate)
Create training content
Deliver quality training
Determine reasonable accommodation solutions
Promote positive environment
Promote supportive culture
Maintain open door policy
Promote open dialogue
Design employee relations trainings
Conduct employee relations trainings
Communicate available materials
Analyze employee experience data
Distribute employee experience data
