If you want to work on hard problems with real-world impact, join us. What you’ll do As a Senior Employee Relations Specialist, you will be the neutral arbiter of truth for our global team. You will handle complex investigations from start to finish, ensuring that every voice is heard and every fact is documented with precision. Lead Global Investigations: Own the end-to-end investigation process for potential policy violations, primarily supporting our US and Canada markets (including our US-based kitchen operations). Conduct Fact-Finding: Serve as a neutral investigator to gather evidence, interview witnesses, and analyze data to determine whether policy violations have occurred. Issue Spotting we are looking for someone who can "spot the issues" from day one. Language Skills: English C1 Analytical Mindset: Proven ability
