What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3–5 years of experience in ER/HR Advisor or Generalist roles, with exposure to employee relations casework or HR operations, Experience supporting employee relations cases, with exposure to areas such as performance, conduct, attendance, accommodations, and policy-related matters, Foundational knowledge of Brazilian labor law (CLT), Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, Demonstrate emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and a structured, solutions-oriented approach in day-to-day work, Comfortable supporting leaders by reinforcing guidance and helping ensure consistent application of ER practices, Comfortable working in dynamic environments, using judgment to prioritize tasks and escalate when needed, Comfortable working with data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting reporting and insights generation, Confident using tools like Workday, Slack, Google Suite, Lucidchart, Monday.com, and Jira and quick to adapt to new platforms

Nice to Have

General understanding of employment familiarity with U. S. or LATAM contexts is a plus, Fluency in Spanish, in addition to English and Portuguese, Experience working in hybrid, global organizations, especially those scaling or operating across multiple regions, Exposure to working across different cultures or regions, with willingness to learn and develop in a global environment

What You'll Do.

Support the management of ER cases across the Americas

Support workplace investigations by coordinating interviews

organizing documentation

and maintaining accurate and complete case files

Provide timely and reliable support on sensitive people issues

Help resolve concerns early and informally where possible

Maintain ER data and case tracking systems

Support global and regional ER initiatives

Assist in preparing and coordinating training sessions and tools that help managers lead with clarity

Support the review and maintenance of regional employee guidelines and processes
