Must Have

Proven hands-on management of complex employee relations cases, Working knowledge of UK employment law, CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)

What You'll Do.

Provide employee relations support

Manage employee relations cases

Support change management processes

Deliver strategic ER priorities

Provide advice on employee relations matters

Act as a trusted advisor

Respond to ER tickets and queries

Advise on policy application

Update case management systems

Build working relationships

Support investigations

Prepare outcome letters

Contribute to ER reporting

Contribute to trend analysis

Mentor less experienced colleagues
