What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years of experience in an administrative role, Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing onboarding needs and priorities
Nice to Have
1 year of experience in a high-volume onboarding environment, Familiarity with onboarding processes and best practices
What You'll Do.
Facilitating the candidate's experience from recruiting through the onboarding process for all new employees
Ensuring a smooth transition into the Care Access organization
Delivering an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience
Managing paperwork and compliance through new hire orientation
Contributing to the successful integration of new hires into the company
Initiate all new hire onboarding requests from recruiters
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees
including pre-employment paperwork
Serve as the main point of contact for new hires
providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process
Collect feedback from new hires to identify areas for improvement and enhance the onboarding experience
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the onboarding process
Enters new hire data into HRIS System of record (if needed)
Conducts the virtual new hire orientation program

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and department heads to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Process & Methodology
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
