YOUR MISSION As an Employee & Labor Relations Business Partner EMEA at UiPath you will be responsible for labor relations strategy in the region, employee representative body engagement, and negotiations across key European markets, with a primary focus on Germany and the Netherlands. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep German Works Council experience as well as exposure to any other employee representative bodies across EMEA. In this role you will be responsible for leading negotiations, consultation processes, and day-to-day engagement with employee representative bodies. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, HR, Legal, and external counsel to shape strategy, prepare negotiation positions, manage risk, and ensure labor relations matters are handled in a structured, compliant, and pragmatic way.
