What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3 to 5 years of experience and knowledge in employee lifecycle related processes management, Knowledge on Spanish legislation in force, applicable to payroll and HR Administration processes, HR Risks and Compliance mindset, Experience in managing employee benefits in a large company, Knowledge of international mobility, Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish, Advanced payroll skills

Manage onboarding and offboarding

Ensure timely compliance with Social Security

First point of contact for employee queries

Support employees and improve experience

Ensure People Services standards are met

Administer labour documentation

Document internal procedures

Administer employee benefits

Manage pay accurately

Control data accuracy

Update organizational changes on ERPs

Support on payroll process

Team & Collaboration

Collaborating with the rest of the HR team; Collaboration with the rest of ING Hubs Spain HR team; Collaboration with other departments

Communication Scope

Fluent in written and spoken English; Fluent in written and spoken Spanish
