This role oversees the daily upkeep and maintenance of assigned housing buildings and grounds, serves as the first response for maintenance issues, and supports resident move-ins and move-outs. Discounted employee housing is available. The primary work location for this role will be in Manchester, Vermont. This is a full-time year-round, benefit eligible role.
