We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to join our team and support a positive VRMO employee experience. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects and initiatives to improve the employee experience. Your focus is to ensure managers and associates receive information that helps them to grow and succeed in their role. You will directly support the platform we use to deliver updates, team events, and learning opportunities to VRMO Support Operations employees globally. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ownership, willingness to dive deep, and maintain focus on delivering results. You will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and measuring employee experience projects that align with our business objectives. You will be a steward of the employee experience, and help deliver as we strive to be Earth’s Best Employer.
