Employee Experience & Office Manager Job Description Your Impact Join us as our Employee Experience & Office Manager and play a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience at Axon’s Seattle office. As the ultimate go-to person, you’ll keep our workspace running smoothly for a thriving team, ensuring everything from daily operations to front-desk interactions reflects Axon’s mission to Protect Life. You’ll help foster an environment that’s efficient, welcoming, and unmistakably Axon—where culture, connection, and care show up in every detail. What You’ll Do Location: Onsite 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) in our downtown Seattle, WA office. Reports to: Manager, Global Employee Experience Front Desk Ambassador – Be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and partners, greeting everyone with warmth and ensuring they feel Axon’s culture the moment they arrive. Supply the Squad – Keep the office fully stocked and running smoothly, from everyday essentials to snacks that fuel the team. Event Extraordinaire – Bring Axon culture to life by planning and executing office events, celebrations, and team gatherings that connect people and celebrate milestones. Onboarding Dynamo – Welcome new team members and ensure they have a seamless, positive first experience in the Seattle office. Keep It Compliant – Partner with HR to maintain Axon standards and support a safe, secure, and engaging workplace. Budget Champion –
