About the Role As our Employee Engagement Manager, you will design, execute, and continuously improve the “moments that matter” to enhance employee engagement and cultivate our unique culture. You will lead and collaborate on initiatives such as culture-building, employee listening, and engagement—leveraging data, technology, and your expertise to foster a culture of belonging, innovation, and high performance. Reporting to the Head of Culture, Employer Brand able to influence at all levels. - Hands-on execution in fast-paced, collaborative, and inclusive environments. - Demonstrated agility and adaptability to drive results during rapid change. - Passion for fostering innovative, accountable, and high-performing cultures. - Robust project management and process improvement capabilities. - Experience working with global and remote teams is a strong plus.
