Contribute to agency committees and initiatives related to engagement
such as the Employee Appreciation Committee and Accessibility Committee
and assessment tools to monitor employee engagement and identify areas for growth
Conduct meetings with staff at all levels to solicit feedback and suggestions
Establish and maintain a working relationship with the Human Resources team to ensure consistency of work across the organization

_**Job Description:**_ The Employee Engagement Coordinator is responsible for spearheading initiatives, events, trainings, and systems that foster engagement and belonging among a diverse community of employees.
