Support design and administration of India's benefits programs
Manage Annual Open Enrollment
Handle employee queries related to benefits
Maintain and update SOPs
Identify opportunities to improve manual processes
Coordinate with insurance brokers
Support preparation of materials for QBRs
Ensure accurate benefit-related inputs
Maintain and analyze benefits data
Gather and organize market data
Maintain deep knowledge of Indian labor laws
Ensure 100% compliance in all benefit filings
