Employee Benefits Sr Analyst (Individual Contributor) is the subject matter expert responsible for the end-to-end design, governance, and administration of India’s benefits portfolio. The incumbent will own program effectiveness, drive vendor excellence, and lead strategic initiatives to enhance the employee experience through data-driven insights and process automation. Key Responsibilities: Program Administration & Operations Support the design and administration of India's benefits programs, including health, insurance, retirement, and wellness offerings. Assist in managing Annual Open Enrollment (OE) — including design, project coordination, system testing, and employee communications Handle employee queries related to benefits, leaves of absence (LOA), and policy interpretation, escalating complex cases as needed Maintain and update SOPs and process documentation to ensure operational accuracy and consistency Identify opportunities to improve manual processes and support the implementation of automation or efficiency improvements Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with insurance brokers, TPAs, wellness partners, and retirement fund administrators (PF
