What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2 - 5+ years of health & welfare experience, Client-facing experience in the employee benefit industry, Knowledge of benefits administration, HealthCare Reform, industry trends, carrier products and services, Ability to work independently and learning to anticipate client and team needs, Effective time management, Diligent follow up skills, Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications, Critical thinking skills, Detail-oriented, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills, Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required

Nice to Have

BAS preferred, GBA or CEBS Certification a plus

What You'll Do.

Manage assigned book of business

Develop long term client relationships

Respond to day-to-day client inquiries

Perform client analytics

Interface with vendors and key clients

Create client deliverables

Ensure quality standards are met

Manage personal book of business

Assist Team Leader and Account Executive(s)

Provide client service

Escalate service issues

Seek improvements to client service

Identify improved processes

Develop project plans

Deliver on service goals

Process account transactions

Prepare renewals and RFPs

Coordinate vendor responses

Analyze proposal results

Develop client presentations

Delegate administrative tasks

Delegate analytic tasks

Provide benefit coaching

Keep informed regarding industry information

Keep informed regarding new product information

Keep informed regarding legislation

Keep informed regarding coverages

Team & Collaboration
