Pursue new opportunities for the book
Provide customer relations
Follow-up to address customer needs
Resolve customer problems or issues
Ensure proper resources are involved
Introduce new products
Develop customer service plans
Understand customer needs
Document information into sales management database
Prepare customer renewals
Prepare new business strategies
Present proposal to customer
Follow Agency guidelines
Remain current on industry trends
Remain current on new product development
Remain current on legislation
Remain current on coverages
Remain current on technology
Remain up to date with market conditions
Remain up to date with competition status
