Must Have

4+ years employee benefits experience, 1+ years financial experience, Insurance Producer license in good standing

Nice to Have

technical knowledge of the industry of expertise currently being targeted

What You'll Do.

Develop and execute client benefit program strategy

Manage onboarding of new clients

Maintain product and industry knowledge

Develop and sustain relationships with vendors

Guide and provide insight on team tasks

Maintain awareness of opportunities for client revenue enhancement

Prepare and audit client benefit statements

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with the Team Lead; Support clients’ financial consulting requirements; Support the peer review process
