What They're Looking For.
Must Have
bachelor’s or master’s degree certificate in Mechanical Engineering from an Accredited University or Industrial Mechanical Technical School within the last 2 years, GPA grade greater than or equal to 3 out of 5. 0 or the equivalent from the graduating university, fluent in oral and written English, legally work in Namibia, without company sponsorship or time restriction, basic understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and industrial machinery, MS Office, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, willingness to work with support functions like sourcing, Logistics and QA/QC, Willingness to travel, work in challenging field environments, and handle equipment safely
Nice to Have
Capability to design in any aided design tool like Autocad/Solidworks is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements
Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks
and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
Acquire practical experience in oilfield equipment servicing and mechanical maintenance
Develop professional skills in customer interaction and technical reporting
Gain a solid understanding of safety standards and quality assurance in the Oil & Gas industry

Team & Collaboration
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders; willingness to work with support functions like sourcing, Logistics and QA/QC
