HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATE The HR Associate will support recruiting operations, employee processes, and HR initiatives. Responsibilities: - Assist with recruiting coordination and candidate communications - Support onboarding and employee documentation processes - Maintain HR records and organizational systems - Assist with reporting, projects, and process improvement initiatives - Provide administrative support to HR operations FINANCE ASSOCIATE The Finance Associate will support financial operations, reporting, and business analysis activities. Responsibilities: - Assist with financial reporting and data analysis - Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives - Maintain financial documentation and records - Help identify operational efficiencies and process improvements - Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives IT ASSOCIATE The IT Associate will gain exposure to technical operations and technology support functions.
