What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Account Management or Portfolio Management in a corporate or similar segmented banking environment with sales metrics, Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to the credit portfolio requirements and qualification standards
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered, Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge

Facilitate growth for the Bank through business development
Manage key client relationships
Maintain outstanding record of revenue generation
Act as escalation point for complex client issues
Lead structuring of high-value
Oversee credit approvals and drive pricing coordination
Drive negotiations for high-value transactions
Manage high-value client portfolios
Implement cross-selling initiatives
Lead market coverage strategies
Represent bank at industry forums
Engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Deliver reports to bank’s leadership
Drive strategic advisory on loan products
Build and maintain long-term relationships

Analyze market trends
Work closely with internal teams
Identify share of wallet opportunities
Leverage analysis tools to grow portfolio
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Operate at a group/enterprise-wide level
