Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security, Law Enforcement, Business Management, Accounting or related fields, Experience managing budgets, Experience using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions and solve problems, 10+ years’ experience with a federal, state, or local law enforcement agency with progressive management roles and command level experience, Experience working knowledge of legal contracts and terminology

Nice to Have

We are looking for an Emergency Services Manager to join a team of professionals responsible for providing the best in emergency response, risk reduction, and security services at Amazon. This security professional will have overall responsibility for the management and leadership of day-to-day Emergency Services Unit (ESU) operations, key customer engagements, budget management, strategic planning, and performance measurement. This person will have a strong bias for data/metrics and possess a strong background in protecting people, places, and assets through the application of industry-related best practices. We value broad and deep risk management, specifically in the fields of security operations, incident response, an intelligence and information sharing. Our ideal candidate understands that supporting their people and our customers are among the most critical roles they perform. They must be open and approachable while focused on how to grow, scale, and optimize efforts in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.
