Develop and maintain regional emergency management programs in line with international maritime regulations, coastal state requirements and industry best practices., Ensure integration and consistency between emergency preparedness, and safety protocols for MODUs and shore-based operations., Advise and support Offshore Installation Managers (OIMs), Emergency Response Teams (ERTs), and other key personnel., Conduct and oversee emergency risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies., Develop and maintain Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) for MODUs and shore-based facilities., Ensure regulatory compliance and liaise with regulatory bodies during audits and incident investigations., Deliver emergency response training and promote a culture of preparedness., Plan, coordinate, and evaluate emergency response drills and exercises., Maintain accurate documentation and records related to emergency preparedness., Serve as a key member of the Incident Management Team (IMT) during emergencies., Monitor industry trends and represent the company in industry forums and regulatory consultations., Knowledge of International Safety Management (ISM) and regional requirements for crisis and emergency management planning., In-depth understanding of MODU operations, regulatory frameworks, and emergency response protocols., Proven leadership and crisis management skills., communication, coordination, and stakeholder of all levels of management, Certification or ability to be certified for Offshore Oil & Gas travel

Bachelor’s Degree preferred., Certifications/designations in emergency management, incident command systems, or related disciplines highly desirable.

Are you ready to lead emergency management for a global offshore fleet? We are seeking a proactive and experienced Emergency Manager to join our Operational Integrity team. In this critical role, you will develop, implement, and continuously improve our regional emer-gency management program, ensuring our preparedness and resilience across all Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODUs).
