Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Credentialed veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) in the state, 1+ years of experience in veterinary technician experience in emergency or specialty medicine, Basic computer skills, Comprehension of practice management software, Comprehension of electronic medical record keeping, Fine motor skills for handling patients and medical equipment, Ability to stand for prolonged hours, Ability to kneel, Ability to work on the floor, Ability to lift up to 25 kg on own, Ability to support up to 40 kg with assistance, Willing to work in a noisy environment, Willing to work with unpleasant odors, Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice to Have
Associate’s degree or higher in veterinary technology from an AVMA accredited program, VTS in ECC, internal medicine or anesthesia/analgesia
