What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High School Diploma, or equivalent, required

Nice to Have

Paramedic Certification, preferred, Experience in an Emergency Department or other clinical setting, preferred, Emergency dispatch or EMS experience, preferred

What You'll Do.

Receives and transmits emergency information

Answers and directs incoming emergency calls

Facilitates effective and accurate communication

Provides security dispatching services

Maintains accurate documentation of clinical and billing information

Assists with the training of new employees

maintaining emergency communication equipment
