Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related discipline, Over 7 years of experience implementing IT solutions as a project manager, Minimum 3-5 full life cycle IT implementations as an IT project manager, Fluency in English and Italian
Nice to Have
Good understanding of software test exposure to test management tools is a plus, Experience with vendor engagement, statements of work, and procurement processes is a plus
What You'll Do.
Manage medium to large projects
Manage client relationships
Manage mid to upper-level client delivery relationships
Represent the organization to external customers/clients
Manage communication to project team and stakeholders
Manage risks and issues in projects
Maintain requirements traceability matrix
Enable team collaboration by conducting workshops
Follow up on tasks assigned to project team
Resolve blockers to enable teams to make progress
Escalate issues to senior management and stakeholders
Own project management deliverables
Work with testing teams to ensure test phases
Ensure change and release management processes are followed
Track organizational metrics
Ensure processes are followed during project execution
Manage project financials
Meet or exceed approved budgets
Provide reliable financial forecasts to management
Manage business development activities
Identify and develop new opportunities within current projects
Support qualification and opportunity assessment
Act as opportunity manager for medium to high-risk
