Full Job Description

With more than 33,000 employees, the company generated sales of CHF 11.20 billion in 2025. We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern to support hiring activities in EMEA. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on administrative coordination and candidate management. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers in an international environment. * Provide administrative support for end-to-end recruitment processes across EMEA Functions * Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication * Support applicant tracking system SmartRecruiters with data entry and updates * Coordinate interview logistics with candidates and hiring managers * Conduct CV screening for selected roles, where required * Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reporting * Location: Alcobendas * Contract type: Internship (Mandatory University agreement) * Duration: 6 months * Working hours: 6h/day (8h-14h) * Compensation: 720€/month ## Qualifications * Currently enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s), preferably in HR, Business Administration, or similar. * Availability to establish an agreement with the university for at least 6 months. * First experience or strong interest in recruitment / HR is an advantage * Experience with SmartRecruiters is a plus * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail *
