The role directly manages a small core team (2–3 direct reports) and operates within a highly matrixed model, partnering closely with Divisional Sourcing Leads as an extension of the team to ensure end‑to‑end sourcing leadership from pursuit strategy through operational delivery. This position requires a strategic, outcome‑oriented leader with the ability to influence at the executive level, translate commercial objectives into executable sourcing solutions, and create sustainable competitive advantage through innovation, risk management, and supplier strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** **Leadership & Talent Stewardship** * Lead, develop, and performance‑manage a core team of 2–3 pursuit sourcing professionals while providing functional leadership and direction to Divisional Sourcing Leads engaged in pursuits * Build a strong leadership bench through intentional coaching, succession planning, and career development within both direct and matrixed teams * Foster a high‑performance, inclusive culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and commercial outcomes * Actively contribute to enterprise talent supply/demand efforts through mentoring, internal mobility advocacy, and external networking **Pursuit Sourcing Strategy
