What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of demonstrated results in designing flows, experiences, and UI for web and mobile products, preferably B2B SaaS, Proficient in both rapid and high-fidelity prototyping tools, with an ability to deliver clear and easy-to-understand designs, A highly creative self-starter who can maintain a balance between the big picture view and all the details, A skilled problem solver, who can research and understand complex problems and deliver elegantly simple solutions, Passionate about developing exceptional UX that creates raving fans, Familiar and experienced with user research methodologies and testing practices, A team player with great interpersonal skills, Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, Possessing a high level of verbal and written English, Able to present a portfolio of recent work
Nice to Have
Proficient with Figma and other design tools - an advantage, Holding a degree in a related field (Design, Human Factor Engineering, Cognitive/ Applied Psychology) – an advantage
