How You'll Make an Impact: Payroll processing & delivery - Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely completion of semi-monthly and monthly payroll cycles. - Maintain payroll calendars, track deadlines, and proactively follow up with clients and In-Country Partners (ICPs) to ensure on-time submission of payroll inputs. - Collect, review, and validate payroll inputs (e.g., new hires, terminations, salary changes, allowances, bonuses, leave, and reimbursements) for completeness and accuracy. - Coordinate with ICPs to submit payroll inputs and ensure payroll processing aligns with local statutory requirements and internal policies. - Review payroll previews received from ICPs and perform payroll validation checks (e.g., gross-to-net variances, net pay reasonableness, statutory contributions, and deductions). - Support payroll approval workflows, ensuring approvals are obtained and properly documented before payroll finalization. - Ensure payslips are received, reviewed, and uploaded/distributed according to process and client requirements.
