We’re looking for an EMEA Payroll Analyst to join our global payroll team. This individual contributor will be a subject-matter expert and key partner for our EMEA payroll operations. You’ll own complex payroll processes, drive automation and process improvements, and serve as a trusted advisor to partners across Finance and People Operations. This role requires deep technical payroll expertise, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and remote-friendly environment. In this role, you will: Own end-to-end processing of assigned EMEA payrolls (monthly), including salary, benefits, equity, and taxes, ensuring full compliance with local legislation Act as a subject matter expert for complex payroll environments (e.g., France, Germany), including statutory requirements, terminations, and variable pay considerations Drive scalable, standardized payroll processes across EMEA while maintaining country-specific compliance Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Accounting, IT, and external vendors to ensure payroll accuracy and alignment with upstream/downstream processes Maintain operational excellence across the full payroll lifecycle (inputs → processing → validation → filings → post-payroll activities) Ensure timely and accurate execution of all statutory filings, tax payments, and year-end reporting requirements Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers to ensure service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement Support and validate payroll inputs including benefits, deductions, taxable income (e.g., equity, awards, relocation, one-time payments) Respond to employee payroll
